I adored this! My latte was amazing. Pastries are handmade and look fantastic. What stood out was the cozy atmosphere and the outstanding service. Incredibly welcoming and kind owner. Would love to come back.

NEYSE was a pleasant surprise! It's a small, cozy coffee shop located on Nestroyplatz that offers something I found oddly rare in Vienna - actually comfortable seating. The furniture is excellent and sitting in the shop was an absolute treat. The coffee is well-made, the blend offering a surprisingly dark chocolate style bitter body that fades into a pleasant caramel aftertaste. But the real star of the show is the cheesecake. It uses a homemade recipe and it's, without a doubt, the best san sebastian cheesecake I've ever eaten! So yeah, I will definitely be coming back if I ever need a sweet and comfy break.

Patrik must have the friendliest and most thoughtful service in all of Vienna. The coffee was also perfect and his homemade cheesecake was exceptional. I strongly recommend dropping in!

I visited NEYSE Coffee & Food in morning with my daughter, and it was a wonderful experience! We ordered an americano and a cappuccino – both coffees were absolutely delicious, aromatic, and perfectly brewed The place itself is very cozy, with a lovely, calm atmosphere, perfect for starting the day. However, what really makes this place stand out is the service. Incredibly friendly, smiling, and helpful! It's been a long time since I've encountered such wonderful and professional customer service. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. I definitely recommend NEYSE Coffee & Food to everyone looking not just for delicious coffee, but also for exceptionally friendly service and a cozy spot. We will definitely be back!
