I really enjoyed the rigatoni with tuna. As a starter, I also had a chicken soup. I had lunch here outside the restaurant, and it was a very pleasant experience. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was very welcoming. At the end, I had American pancakes for dessert with a delicious coffee. I also enjoyed having the opportunity to practice a bit of German during my visit

Fantastic restaurant! My girlfriend and I found this place at google maps after noticing ribs on the menu. As someone who truly loves ribs and has tried them in many different places, I can honestly say these were possibly the best I’ve ever had. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and an amazing overall experience. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Vienna! Well done and keep up the great work! 👏

This restaurant deserves way more than 5 stars! It is an amazing place, perfect cozy ambience and the food is just Heavenly!!!! 10/10 I will come back everytime I’m in Vienna. All the personal is so caring and nice and I love love love their food!! Congratulations to this amazing restaurant!☺️

Food - over cooked ribs (so hard to pull apart I had to use a knife and fork), a drowned burger in cheese sauce that went everywhere. Service - We weren’t offered a menu in English even though we were speaking to the staff in English. Really slow service, asked for a starter to share between us and it came out with the mains all at once. Only got a drink when we sat down, wasn’t offered another. Didn’t check on how the food was. We had to ask for the bill, and even then we had to wait a while and she just came over and said an amount, we didn’t get the paper bill until after we paid. Atmosphere - it’s got a nice, modern look. Was comfy to sit in and generally has potential to be amazing. Overall, has great potential, but the staff let it down. Food really poor and staff really bad service also. We won’t be going back, and will not be recommending to anyone!

Life tends to be full of little disappointments, but NEWS is not one of them. Nikola was an excellent server and made me quite comfortable even though my German is not great. I am a stickler for details and they nailed all of them (except for one strange one, but it didn't take away from the experience overall). My Irish cappuccino was mixed perfectly, easy to screw up (thanks again Nikola!) My steak tartar, risky dish, was absolutely delicious and perfectly balanced. After the appetizer, Nikola brought me a new fork instead of me having to suffer the indignity of reusing my appetizer fork for the main course. Nanna's bolognese came out at the perfect temperature and was absolutely delicious. I sat at the bar and they even have foot rests and hooks under the counter. The one strange thing that is out of place with the rest of the atmosphere is the tiny disposable napkins! I ended up getting covered in spaghetti. But if you are less clumsy than me perhaps this won't be an issue. Nikola quickly brought me some soda water, a new fork, and a cloth to help me recover. Danke schön, Nikola!
