What they do is really unclassifiable! We have ordered from here a few times but never again! They write the same template dummies for everyone on the Google page, that the employees are on sick leave, holiday leave, etc., so the orders are a "little" late. No matter how many times we ordered from them, we were never able to get in touch with them meaningfully, except for one. The order is delayed for weeks (if you receive it at all). Tracking for €5 is a complete waste of money because there is no tracking at all! After the order, in the confirmation email, they still have the opportunity to inform you of this after you have paid for it as well. On the occasion of the last order, EUR 90 was paid by advance transfer as usual. Since then, we have sent them dozens of emails with a normal tone, but we have not received a response even once. We sent them sms, called them on the phone, but there was no answer! No invoice, no tracking, no email or anything from them, just silence, the product and the money nowhere!! What they are doing with customers is deeply uncritical and unqualified, but we are filing a police report this time. We would have ordered from them for medicinal purposes, so that we could treat chronic headaches and my wife's inflammatory disease, about which we also consulted a doctor. We didn't even bother them during the holidays and that's why we saved our CBD doses to fill them up after the holidays. Obviously, we stayed with this online store only because of the favorable price, but now we have wasted a lot of money... What would you do after that? Intolerable and beyond criticism. We are very sad that this could happen at all! We do not recommend anyone to place any order with this "store". Shame.

Placed an order in September, website stated it included tracking, no tracking was provided and nothing turned up after 2 weeks. Support very slow to answer but said they’d send a replacement, this also never arrived after 2 weeks also no tracking supplied. Final conclusion was that they agreed to refund me which weeks later I have still not received I am waiting for a response from my bank who is now claiming back my money from this vendor. I think a lot of the good reviews are fake as the support is useless and seems like a fake company. Do not order from this company.

ordered one month ago and haven't received anything. They don't answer back their e-mails. Edit: best you can do is write a review, that will get them writing back. Finally got my product, nearly a month later. Good quality.
