Kids Café in an red light district/Kindercafé im Rotlichtviertel. I got off the tram and came along a few adult places until Maps told me I have arrived. No sign from the outside which has the name of the Café. I guessed the place to be the place, because I could see kids playing inside. You pay playing toll per child, which was 7 €. I payed less the last time at an indoor play hall with thousands of square meters. Although the entrance door was open, the air was very stuffy, of course a very small space with lots of kids and there parents...how big is the place??? 40 to 50 square meter??? Additionally there was no proper food for kids: nothing without sugar or salt. Only sweet stuff. I liked the waitresses, they had a smile on their faces. What was also positive is that the toilets were clean. And in general I wonder the that the reviews are real because...no space, no good food, and pricey. If you do not believe . Try and see yourself.
Such an amazing place for kids and parents. Has a wide range of toys and activities for babies and toddlers. They recently renovated the upper level and WOW!!! It is often booked for private parties, so its good to call in advance. Only good things to say, our favourite Baby Cafe in the City by far!!! Thanks a lot
My kid and I arrived there in the morning and we had no reservation. I asked about the rules & I was told the following: 1- Kid 7 euros (only cash) with snacks and drinks 2- Adult pays when something is ordered (coffee..etc). 3- There was a Bday celebration coming up so the underground play area is reserved starting 13:30+. 4- I precisely asked if there is a time limit to stay. She stated NO. My kid enjoyed the place so so much and the snacks too.. which was great. I generally had a very good feedback in my mind to write until after 2.5hrs an employee asked me and my kid to leave the table we are sitting on because someone reserved online and now arrived and I should either find another place for sit or stand. I replied saying, but am sitting here and I came first. She stated, but this is now reserved and in 2-3 hrs people should leave. I told her but I asked you when I arrived and you stated no time pressure. She neglected me and left with a clumsy face. Overall, my kid and I liked the place, but I don’t like how we were treated. We are customers like any other customers and we should not by any means just be thrown away. I would recommend that you either set a max number of hours and that is clear to customers or only accept online reservations, but leaving things messy like that will only make things worse. Also, the place is not so clean & the employee I met was rather unfriendly and rude.
Nice place with plenty of games, toys, books and playground equipment for a whole band of 2-5 year olds to enjoy. Note that there is no time limit and snacks and basic drinks are included in the user fees for the kids. So enjoy a nice afternoon in there when it's cold, wet or windy outside and your children are of the active sort.
First time we visited was excellent. This time, even though we made a reservation for 2 adults and 2 children, and they initially placed us on a 4 people normal table, when another party arrived 5 minutes after us, they asked us to move on a table 40x60cm(really) the reason given being that "children do not sit (!)". Hence, from 5 to 2 stars. It is sad that once successful, some places dramatically drop service quality.
