Quite, good and quality service

I will write in English that more people understand this. I had an appointment for a dental CT due to the fact that I need to remove all my 4 wisdom teeth and my dentist wants me to do it in Hera. They cancelled my appointment 15 minutes before when I was almost there because the CT Scanner had broken and now I am going to need another visit to the dentist to renew the prescription (this prescriptions are only valid one month). It takes 1 month to get an appointment, the prescriptions are valid one month and they cancel the appointment 15 minutes before. A busy working mother gets to start the process now again! Great! They should have said i can come once is fixed without a new prescription!

Dr. Alaa Eddin is very nice and he explained where and why the wisdom teeth was extracted. He pulled out my wisdom teeth very carefully and expertly without pain. Assistant Alshahel is also conscientious to reduce my nervous feeling.
