The icecream is not at all "Italian" or "handmade". It's made from powders and tastes very fake. I even had an ice (water) splinter in mine. This will never happen with a real Gelato based on cream. We threw it directly in the bin.

Showed up 15 minutes before closed and the shop was shuttered. Even the sign says open until 1030 pm

One of the workers was smoking in the shop when I came in. Even after he left the whole place smelled terrible. Not a suitable place to bring kids. If you're going to Schönnbrunn, I'd recommend Veganista Ice Cream near the west entrance. I'd recommend the Hofer down the street from here if you want ice cream for your walk in the park.
