Cute little cafe' with a small menu, mainly consisting of various teas, coffee and spritzers plus some food items. We ordered two different kinds of breakfast items (Toast with scrambled eggs and toast with half boiled egg) plus coffee and tea. Both items were decent. The staff was VERY nice and kind, the service was lovely. Ambience is cozy and there is limited seating.

It was our very first meal in Vienna and we were very happy to start our family vacation having breakfast here. The atmosphere was very cosy and relaxed. Everything we had was really delicious! From the shakshuka and the omelettes to the pancakes and the drinks we had. Everything was nicely cooked and with good quality products. We would certainly go again and I would surely recommend it!

I had a really disappointing experience today at Florentine. I ordered zaatar fries, but was served regular fries instead. When I politely pointed it out, the waitress was rude and told me she “doesn’t know what the kitchen is making” and didn’t know what she was supposed to do about it. I’m sorry, but if you work there, handling mistakes and helping customers is literally part of the job. Between the incorrect order and the lack of basic customer service, I left feeling unwelcome. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

Unfortunately, I didn’t like the café. The atmosphere was nice, but the shakshuka had no flavor at all, and the local poached egg dish on a very thick slice of bread had a strong vinegar taste. The coffee was good. Payment is cash only, which feels rather outdated in today’s world.
