This was such a beautiful find that we happened to come across. The coffee is made exceptionally well which is exactly what we were looking for. The presentation of food and drink was also lovely and the lady running it was kind and accommodating. Just overall a nice feel
First, the cafe is adorable. chalkboards, coffee bags, the lady who works here is super nice & let me practice my german with her! Ordered Americano, Cappuchino, Matcha, Orange Juice, “master breakfast”. Coffees were amazing, high quality and delicious with beautiful presentation. Orange Juice was FRESH, not too sweet not too sour. Master Breakfast was fresh. Eggs were fluffy, ham was a good salty compliment. Pancakes were light, not too sweet. Berries tasted very bright. Came with a nice simple salad to help keep the whole meal light. Finally we got three pastries, high quality. One was nice and sandy, one with coconut was delicious, and a cute little pink one! Everything was delicious, an amazing start to my day.
Very cute cafe, the decorations are creative and look so good. The service started out fine but went sour when I ordered a dirty chai. The menu has chai latte and then a dirty chai for less than an euro more. The barista brought me a chai latte. I saw that it looked white, like there was no espresso in it, I tried to trust the process but as I drank it it was very clearly just a chai latte. When I told the barista this he told me I was wrong. That the chai latte on their menu is just chai tea and that the dirty chai is the latte version. He told me it would be an upcharge to add the espresso. I told him there already was as you could see on the menu. He just kept lying and insisting that a dirty chai does not have espresso. I gave up paid and left. The whole experience just really sat bad with me to where I know I would never want to come back. Maybe the other drinks are better. I have no interest in finding out. The pastries looked good though.
El Café is truly a hidden gem. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and feels like home — a real family vibe that makes every visit a pleasure. The staff is incredibly friendly, always welcoming with a smile, and the service is simply outstanding. And the coffee? Without a doubt — the best in town. Every cup is brewed to perfection, rich, aromatic, and full of flavor. You can feel the passion they put into every detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great coffee, fantastic service, and a lovely place to relax. I will definitely be back again and again!
Very cute local cafe with AMAZING coffee. They roast their own. I must admit I didn't know this when I went in, so I ordered an Irish coffee. I was surprised that the espresso in it was so flavorful and strong that the Bailey's liquor didn't even mask the coffee. I ended up buying some bags of beans for Christmas presents and was pleasantly surprised that they were only about €10 each. The food is also good. It took them a long time to put our order together for some reason but in the end, it tasted good. We got paninis.
