Eduscho / Tchibo

A year ago, my wife and I were completely satisfied, but on Tuesday, August 5th, between 2 and 3 pm, my wife went there alone to enjoy coffee and cake. She had a voucher for it from the Tchibo app. Due to throat surgery, my wife unfortunately can no longer speak very clearly and told the sales assistant that she had another voucher on her phone, but couldn't find it right away. The sales assistant became visibly impatient, and my wife became increasingly nervous under the pressure. She left the store sad and frustrated. We have appreciated the empathy and friendliness of Tchibo employees for years, but the kind of behavior this woman displayed is not what we are used to at Tchibo. I'm sorry, but I had to say it.
