CAY (Cafe am Yppenplatz)

The food (breakfast) is badly cooked, even though the ingredients seem to be on a good level. Service is actually not present due to their online system which leaves everything to the customer...if it works, if not the food must really be earned by the customer...all that in a combination of prizes on the upper end.

This place is cozy as atmosphere and also if you want to grab a normal brunch and enjoy a nice interior design. There are two inconveniences - if it is crowded they mess up your order, the waiting time increases and this is not a problem, but when we prompted that to the staff the reaction was a mix between defensiveness and aggression without the customer orientation needed that involves basic listening skills and empathy.

Good terrace for a sunny day. Good service but the falafel shakshuka was not good. The other shakshuka is decent.

Delicious and unique food! Great coffee and a lovely terrace. The interior decor is beautiful and inviting.

i had omlet with ham and cheese, cappucino and almond croissant. all was delicious but their bakery is the most beautiful i think. i wasnt full in the end of my omlet so i ordered strawberry tart. very fresh and tasty. it was also vegan. the atmosphere was cozy but our table was too low for eating i think. overall pretty good
