Very unfriendly women serviced me today I am sure many regular guests appreciate your café, however this does not change the fact that my personal experience on that day was far below acceptable hospitality standards. Your wee discussing me loudly with another person which is considered disrespectful in any country. Additionally, refusing to communicate in English, even though you clearly can, creates an unwelcoming atmosphere for international visitors. The long history of your café does not justify unprofessional behavior. Hopefully, future guests will be treated with more respect than I was.
