Terrible service. Main waiter/host incredibly rude which ruined the whole experience. A shame as the drinks we had were nice! We ordered Glühwein and were told ‘No Glühwein. They would have to make it’. Not an apology or ‘could I suggest this instead’ in sight! There was a miscommunication with one drink when it arrived. It was no matter that there was a mistake, these things happen! However when I went to the bar to politely explain what we wanted instead, the same waiter argued with me and then spoke over me to the bar staff telling them to listen to him instead. The other bar staff were lovely and quickly changed the drink which was much appreciated. Toilets were very unclean. Overall a very disappointing experience.

I had one Le Club Sandwich 🍔 with side French fries and jalapeños mayonnaise and red sauce that was really good and tasty. In a scale 1 to 10 for a burger this was a solid 10. Pricing when taking into account the area and the quality is reasonable. Also the after lunch effect was not heavy on the stomach.👌🍴 The portions were enough and full. The service quite fast and precise. The ambient is classic with vintage furniture. The place was a little crowded but noise was not very loud. 🍰The sweets were tasty and not overloaded. As for the beer no need to comment too much. When in Austria you have to get the local beers to get the real fresh taste of beer. Never order imported beers when in Austria 🇦🇹 it would be a wrong choice and bad taste altogether. Prosit 🍻

I think it's a great place to spend a lovely dinner with the accompaniment of your friends, i can ensure you are going to have a warm service here, regarding the food some plates like the burger was really tasty and others like the croquettes wasn't. But I'm generally satisfied.

Lovely place in the center of Vienna, and sitting next to open window was so charming🧡We had quick lunch there: Viennese beef soup and Vegan Burger, very tasty, fresh&so many mushrooms in my burger, loved it. (Though side sauces didnt have expected taste, so didnt eat those, must be light mayo which im not a fan) Atmosphere was so great. Also our wonderfully friendly waiter Camilo did amazing service, fun and cheerful, loved him!! My melange coffee was great. Its a pity we couldnt use happy hour drinks cos were in rush to opera which is next door literally. Overall great choice for lunch. So lucky we found this place. And wasnt very crowded, amazing!!! Would definitely go back eat there when again in Vienna, hopefully Camilo will still be there:) Thanks!!!

Incredible place, lovely service and great food. Perfect value for money! We ordered traditional soup which was such a comfort on a cold weather, plus the schnitzel was fantastic. Bravo to the whole team that adds value to this lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended!!
