Very low quality. We bought 5 pieces, one fall apart on its own. The pin was broken into two pieces when we took them from the package in just 20mins. Unbelievable. No chance to change as we will depart Vienna tomorrow.

I bought a gift for my daughter here and received very friendly advice from a member of staff. Especially for me, as I don't know much about jewelry, the expert advice was just what I needed. My daughter was delighted.

Outstanding service – a real highlight! We were in this store yesterday and were served by a blonde lady wearing glasses – simply the best service we've had in a long time! It's truly rare to encounter such attentive and genuine people. My partner and I were delighted by her friendly and courteous manner. She was incredibly chatty, authentic, and her positive energy was truly infectious. You can immediately tell that she's passionate about her job. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! Such excellent customer service deserves praise. We will definitely be back.

I am extremely disappointed! I bought several pieces of gold-plated (!) piercing jewelry, which didn't even last two weeks. In my opinion, anything labeled as piercing jewelry should be able to withstand getting wet, since you don't take piercing jewelry out when you shower. After only 1.5 weeks, it started to rust and turn black (in my ear). That's outrageous! When I went to the store at Vienna's main train station, I was even more disappointed. The staff offered me an exchange with the receipt, which I no longer had. However, I didn't want a replacement because I was sure it would have turned black again after two weeks. In short: While there is some beautiful gold jewelry available, it is unfortunately extremely poor quality. I do not recommend buying it! The photos show only one of the four or five pieces of jewelry (for comparison, there is a piercing from a professional piercer next to it).
