I wanted to order here at 15:30 a coffee and the waitress was already cleaning the machine and said she doesnt serve coffee anymore. Eventho the place is supposed to close at 18

only cash here.

Sehr schöne Location, jedoch unfreundliche ignorante Mitarbeiterin. Wir konnten nicht bestellen, obwohl wir 10 Minuten am Tresen gewartet haben und auch registriert worden sind. Es war nicht viel los und die Bedienung hat in der Zwischenzeit Pause gemacht und uns scheinbar mit Absicht nicht bedient.

Café Arkadenhof was once renowned for its exquisite coffee, a beverage I've enjoyed immensely over the years. However, on my most recent visits, I've been disappointed to find that the coffee's quality no longer meets its former standards. What was once a rich, aromatic experience now seems somewhat lackluster. While the café's ambiance remains inviting, and I appreciate the quiet moments I spend there, I sincerely hope that Café Arkadenhof will return to its former coffee glory. Given my mixed feelings, I'm awarding it three stars and hope for a swift return to excellence.

I ordered a coffee at the counter. The server was engrossed in her phone and casually continued typing. No hello, no please, no thank you. I placed my order – and she just kept typing away. Finally, my coffee was placed in front of me without a word. I worked in the service industry myself for four years. This is unacceptable!
