Very rude, unfriendly,very expensive,very badly touristic! 7€ one very small chocolate and 1€ for the toilets. Also I asked if I need to order to go to the toilet and they said yes so scammers also. Not at all an Austrian experience

Very disappointing experience. The place is extremely small and not clean at all. Several items on the menu were unavailable, and the staff member was unprofessional and unfriendly. What bothered me the most is that the cups and plates were dirty, which is completely unacceptable for any café.

Ordered apple strudel and cappuccino. It was surprisingly amazing!! The apple filling was tasty, combined with flaky pastry and airy cream. Perfect balance. Finishing with this great cappuccino. Leaving with happy tummy😋

The cafe is located in Kepler platz, very convenient if your hotel is nearby. I ordered a chocolate cake and a cappuccino, they were tasty. Unfortunately, there are only 2 girls working in the cafe and they don't really manage when the cafe is full, but even with these conditions we were served very quickly. The atmosphere is calm, suitable for families, groups of friends and couples. I had read a lot of negative comments and didn't really have high expectations, but I was still pleasantly impressed.

Very friendly ladies that help me with my order. Once again, I ordered the sacher torte because I didn't want to leave Vienna with a horrible impression of this dry cake. To my surprise, the Aida had a moist sacher torte, which was full of flavors!! This is what it should have been like at the other cafes. I had not experienced the great taste of the sacher tortes until now, not even in Cafe Central or the famous Sacher Cafe. Thank you, ladies, at the Aida, for giving me a better tasting sacher torte!!
