I was really excited to visit this café because of its pastries, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The service is simply unacceptable — the staff were rude, unfriendly, and showed no respect to the guests. It felt like they didn’t want us there at all. Because of the way we were treated, it was uncomfortable and unpleasant to stay or sit, even though the pastries themselves might be nice. Service is such an important part of the experience, and here it completely ruined the visit. I hope the management takes this seriously and trains their staff properly, because as it stands, I cannot recommend this place.
★☆☆☆☆ Terrible experience at Aida cafe Vienna I had a very disappointing experience at this café. I ordered a caffè macchiato, but the Turkish waitress brought me a caffè latte instead. When I politely pointed out the mistake, she shouted and insisted that it was the same thing — which, of course, it isn’t. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable, especially from a well-known place like Aida, where one would expect decent service and respect for customers. To make matters worse, the place was quite dirty and poorly maintained. Definitely not the standard I expected. Never again🙃
How beautiful little Bäckerei alle Rose and süß. Our tour guide recommended that shop to buy the typical Sachertoch and the Apfelstrudel. We were very satisfied with the 2 choices and would probably return again before we part from Vienna. Very quiet and peaceful place to enjoy your smoothie, kafee or your Kuchen. Beautiful place.
The atmosphere is calm during the morning and the service is kind. Delicious cakes, breads and coffee.
Conveniently located at the street corner, Aida is a coffee shops that serves mostly locals(I feel). I like that the staff is all dressed in a light pink uniform. Kinda old school vibe. The coffee is decent. The waiter spoke enough English to fill my order. There's an De/En menu that explains the history of this establishment.
