Eclectic cafe near Campo de' Fiori with vintage circus-themed decor. Brunch, cocktails, and specialty coffee in a spacio...
Very kind and friendly stuff but most importantly: a very tasty breakfast!! Every meal in the menu sounded delicious. Ordered two of them - they were perfect.. Very much recommended! Also, very affordable prices
This chic cafe in Rome is a gem! I found the best matcha here. They have a special vegan breakfast dishes, a delicious tumeric bread topped with hummus, avocado, and chickpeas) and a yummy cake. The atmosphere is great, and the staff is friendly and attentive.
Had a great experience from start to finish. There was a small line when we got there, but the lady in front was very kind, she let us know about the estimated time and it was totally worth it! Had a nice variety of methods and coffee beans, but the star was the delicious food. Marvellous experience for brunch.
Barnum Cafè in Rome is a vibrant and popular spot that absolutely lives up to the hype, especially when it comes to the food. The meal was truly wonderful and flavorful. The menu offers a fantastic mix of Italian classics and more inventive dishes, all executed with care and fresh ingredients. Whether it was a perfectly al dente pasta, a crisp salad, or a rich dessert, every bite was a pleasure. The quality and taste clearly stand out. A key piece of advice: plan to arrive early or be patient. The café's excellent reputation means it's often bustling. It's common to face a wait time of 20 to 30 minutes for a table, especially during peak lunch hours or the evening aperitivo period. Consider this wait part of the experience—it's a sign of a place loved by both locals and visitors. Once you're inside, the atmosphere is energetic and stylish. It’s the perfect place to refuel after sightseeing or to soak up the Roman café culture. In short: Barnum Cafè is well worth a visit for its delicious, top-quality food. Just be sure to factor in the potential wait—your taste buds will thank you for it!
Barnum is a lovely breakfast and brunch spot along Via del Pellegrino that is open from 8am to 3.30pm daily. We went by a few times during a recent stay in the Campo de Fiori area, finding long queues outside. Managed to do a nice breakfast here around 8.15am during one morning. We were seated immediately within a fairly full place, there was a queue forming outside by the time we were finished. During our breakfast we were served a very good avocado on toast with egg and smoked salmon as well as a classic breakfast of egg, bacon, sausage, hash brown and toast. Both were fair serving size, made up of quality ingredients and tasted really good, as did the coffees served on the morning. Prices reasonable and service very friendly and timely. Overall, this was a great western breakfast, one we'd gladly return to enjoy again.
