We have been here several times now and have enjoyed every experience and will continue to go back. There are quite afew Saunas of varying degrees that ranged from approximately 45 C all the way up 80 to 90 C. Each of the main saunas have a ritual/ ceremony at various times( you'll need to look at the boards to see the times that are situated around the saunas) The rituals/ ceremonies are great 👍, they last about 12 minutes with the person conducting the ritual playing awesome music and melting ice balls with different fragrances over hot coals that smell divine! He / she then does some amazing moves with a towel walking around spreading the heat and essence around the sauna. It's an addictive , awesome experience with the saunas being quite full, so it pays to get there early as finding a seat will be differcult . There is mood lighting everywhere, a relax lounge that has white hanging sheets from the ceiling that resemble clouds. In the rooms are tilt lounges with gentle relaxation music. Whilst in these rooms silence is a strict requirement! Also when leaving the ceremonies, showering after is also a requirement . On the top floor where the Saunas are is a bar serving refreshing drinks where you can cool down before your next ceremony! My wife and I had a package deal which included the room , dinner , which was great, and a buffet all you can eat breakfast which was also amazing. Dinner included cream of cauliflower soup, chicken pasta in a cream sauce with fresh parmigiana, grilled vegetables, and apple strudel with cream ! The rooms were large and spacious with great views and a good sized modern bathroom. The only negative is to get to the wellness you have walk about 200 meters to the wellness down a number of corridors and past a bar and a 3 lane bowling alley to the checkin which is extremely busy. It would be better for hotel guests to be separate from the public as your standing in line in your bathrobe mixed in with members of the public checking in and out. Then to get back to your room you have to repeat the procedure but in reverse. Despite having to do this though we do enjoy it, but it would be better if you didn't have to walk so far in your robe. Parking is free when staying at the hotel. There is a multi story car park across from the hotel. All in all it was a very relaxing experience with friendly staff and excellent service, the food was really good and the rituals, music, saunas were great as well ! Just to note they also have a heated indoor public swimming pool with spas.
The place is great. I visit very ofthen for sauna world or to use the pool, I play badminton sometimes as well. This is message for the managing team. The downstairs cafeteria bar need some care. There is rarely someone at the counter - the paninis are dry and brittle and feel cheap, i think some ready to take salads and some fresh (daily) pastries and some healthier options than cakes would be great to have there. And that's the reason I go for 4 🌟 instead of 5. All the best and thank you to your whole team. The overall experience is very good!
Sauna ceremonies are something magical and have never been seen before. Special shoutout to Daniel! He’s the best, so much passion, love, and preparation for every ceremony. He’s giving his best and all. We are shocked and impressed!
We only visited the sauna on our Prague-Trip on a Thursday 11:00-16:00h. It was way above our expectations! We spent 5 hours here. The best part was the ceremony with Mirek, who combined the classic sauna ceremony with music and a very estetic dance-like towel-art. We visited this ceremony three times. There are several saunas without special events and several occasions to dip or shower. We also used the quiet room a lot - although the visitors whispered and snored a lot - I didn't know it like that. What also was different to me was the degree of coverage. I am familiar to a sauna with much casual nakedness - here the men cover their intimate area constantly. 90% of the women cover up their upper bodies additionally. At the same time, additional nakedness of some people was well accepted - it just stood out more than I was used to. I don't know, if it's a cultural thing. Absolute recommendation.
I am publishing a new review of this sports center. I have completely changed my opinion about the staff and the service of this place. I will start by saying that I am a regular customer of this fitness center. I go here to the pool, to the saunas, and to badminton, both in winter and in summer. Each visit costs at least 350 crowns, which means that even if I go here twice a week, I pay about a thousand crowns, and that is if I go alone. This is more than 33 thousand crowns per year. This means that I have not just visited this place once, I am a regular customer. I have kept quiet about the staff's caustic comments several times over the course of several months in the sauna section. But now I will not keep quiet. I came to the center for badminton, in the evening, at the last possible time, it was raining, in the parking lot near the center (where it is never possible to find a place and you always have to pay for parking nearby in a three-story building, which means adding expenses) there were three free spaces, two of them in places for charging electric cars. I didn't see anything wrong with taking one of the charging spots for the duration of the game (45 minutes max) since there were no cars nearby and I decided not to climb into the empty spot knowing that my car could get scratched. When I left the game, the police were already there. The policeman said that he would not have come if he had not been called from the reception, that he was called twenty minutes ago, that is, 15 minutes after the start of my game. I paid the fine. And arrived in one shock. The parking lot was already empty, only a couple of cars remained, when we were playing, there were only four people in the whole hall, I did not interfere with anyone or any car and no one put their car on charge. I think that this is not customer focus, this is successful service, this is inhumane, evil and not kind!!! No one canceled the language, they have speakers all over the center, besides, the reception knew perfectly well who arrived and where I was, if they asked me, I would have left immediately, I would have moved the car, no problem. But people deliberately called the police, immediately, as if I killed a person or stole something. I appeal to the administration and management and ask them to change such a terrible attitude towards their regular customers. Be kinder to people, especially when there is no reason to do bad things!
