Love this place! The coffee is great, but what really makes it stand out is the staff. The baristas are super friendly, always smiling, and really patient with all my little requests. It’s such a nice vibe every time I come in. Huge thanks to the whole team — you’re awesome!

My favorite branch – every time I’m pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. This time, I was especially impressed by a cheerful and exceptionally courteous guy named Otto. Even though I held up the line a bit with my indecisiveness, he remained calm and patient throughout!

A beautiful coffee shop in the Karlin area with excellent customer service. Always make my drink exactly how I like it and offer fresh pastries. It's my go-to Starbucks in Prague!

Obscene Gesture Behind a Customer’s Back Truely Disgraceful from Starbucks!! I’ve visited this Starbucks in Prague many times, but today’s experience was deeply disappointing. An employee named Barca displayed shockingly unprofessional behavior toward a customer who was politely asking questions in English about the coffee. Although his questions were completely reasonable, once he turned away to wait at the collection area, Barca made an obscene hand gesture behind his back. Such behaviour is unacceptable in any setting, let alone in a customer faced role. Truly appalling.

The establishment fosters a welcoming and pleasant ambiance, though periods of high occupancy may occur due to its proximity to multiple public transportation routes.
