Starbucks

Very disappointing experience at this Prague location. We ordered a small coffee, a small caramel macchiato, and a butter croissant, but everything was wrong. The croissant wasn't even heated, the caramel macchiato came in a huge cup, and the small coffee was actually a large Americano. It felt like the staff didn't understand a single thing we asked for. Total lack of attention to detail. Would not recommend

I come here at least every few times in a week cuz i work nearby but the man in the cashier on the Thursday 8th January had really a rough morning and giving me worst customer service ever. First of all i ordered 2 drinks and asked if he could scan my Starbucks rewards membership since i have a gold status then he simply said “ czech only!” I said “it is czech account “ then he aggressively said “only for Czech people”. I always go to this branch and use my Starbucks membership as always with no problem and this current experience is so unacceptable just because someone don’t look czech or speak Czech. That was 7am BTW!!! Ohh one more thing i ordered a venti and get almost a quarter empty cup and got aggressive look from the staff after i ask why this is not full, and might just get a grande with less price with same amount of product.

The cafe is absolutely stunning after reconstruction, everything is new and clean! The baristas are also very welcoming and talented (viz photo) will be coming back.

There's only one outdoor table but if you're lucky enough to get it, you have a fine view of the astronomical clock chiming and the chaos of the crowds around it. The loos are not up to the usual standard but are OK.
