Starbucks

Sára is the best barista who I have met in Starbucks shops in many countries. Only after the second day she welcomed us like an old friend and she exactly knew what we wanted to order. When coming to Prague we will come back to this shop. ☕️❤️

Probably the worst Starbucks in Prague, staff was not welcoming at all, no greetings, no smiles. They did not even ask for my name to write it on the drink. Also they served me an half empty cup...

Great Starbucks! Friendly staff, quick service, and perfectly made drinks every time. I’ve been to many Starbucks in Prague, but this is the only one that makes the Matcha Latte really stand out — strong and flavorful, unlike others where I can hardly taste the matcha. Great job, guys!

Good location, I’ve been to this particular Starbucks quite a few times and have always been satisfied with the service. Today, I noticed some flies over a cookie and pointed it out to a worker, hoping they would take care of it. However, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I know these things happen, and I’ll likely still come here, but I won’t be ordering a cookie again for sure.

I come here almost everyday during last week. Always clean and god service. Specially Tereza is very friendly, always smiling and very helpful taking care about clients.
