One of the most safest, open and welcoming places in Prague! Love the vibe, the energy, the people and every single wall n corner of this absolutely holistic space 😇

The safe space we all need. ❤️ This is more than a cafe or more than a bistro - even though the non alcoholic drinks are great and I so appreciate the vegan meals. This is a true community centre, one that is rare and really needs to be supported in these days.

I've been following Safe Space on Instagram ever since it came into existence, and even before that as "Respektuju." I was quite excited about the concept and looked forward to visiting a space where I wouldn't have to worry about being judged for who I was and how I looked. I went to an event there which turned out great, but solely because of the participants, not the organizers. The staff wasn't very welcoming or friendly. I felt a bit like I'd returned to school—'policed' might be the right word? They looked annoyed the entire time and came on a bit strong with the instructions. I actually felt quite stressed before I started talking to the other participants, but the uneasy feeling returned with every interaction I had with the staff. I left feeling like an asshole who'd gone somewhere he wasn't welcome—rather tolerated than accepted. So to sum up: great event, great drinks (can't speak for the beer, but the cocktails were delightful), but a big disappointment regarding the service. Still, I'll give it another shot. Maybe they just had a bad day.

It felt like going through a portal to a magical place out of this world. Vibes are amazing. Went there for a feminist jewellery workshop, very happy with the result. The homemade lemonade was delicious!! Just the right amount of sweetness. Cinnamon was a nice touch.
