They are Scam the provide you wrong information just to stole your money, they didn’t refund my money for unused period, they don’t answer on the email also. Stay away from them. This company must be closed by law.

Rating again as my previous review was deleted. Do not recommend, issues with any settlements, their ads are misleading.

I wish I could express my sentiments with greater energy here but alas. Given that for certain sections of the Czech visa system, foreigners are compelled to use private insurance, it is not too surprising that this company operates as a cartel. They go to the extent of summoning 'facts' out of thin air (of which the medical report makes no mention of), some of which perplexed and angered my attending doctor more than they did me. It seems they are willing to spend those miserly thousand crowns which they deny to me on bots for assuaging the other negative reviews on here, which is quite telling.

Worst insurance system ever, no help, just collection of your money. I am still waiting for assistance to get me a doctor so I can be prescribed my life saving medication to no avail. I would like to get better in order to get employed again and get vzp čr but they make it impossible in the end. Contract any other travel insurance with a bank honestly the czech insurance system for foreigners is a scam.
