Extremely bad service experience, the employees there have no desire to work and provide service, sometimes they sit at the counter and laugh, without doing anything. They also laughed at me after I ordered, one of them told her friend that she didn't understand what I wanted.

Today I was in a cafe, the spending was around 250 CZK, the staff told me to round it up to 300, now when I look in online banking I see that I was charged 350 CZK, they better not comment on the staff and how they are dressed. Zlatý Emporio that was in this place when the OC Flora opened

A great shame about the unused potential. The advertising in OC Flora lured us in, but the attitude of the staff immediately put us off. Zero smiles, reluctance and the highlight was the waitress with Airpods in her ears, who made me feel like I was bothering her just by being there. If you want a pleasant atmosphere, you won't find it here at the moment because of the service. Cappuccino 5/10 absolute average for almost 90 crowns. The cakes looked nice but the taste immediately faded when interacting with the staff.

Everything. Okay. Not the service. They throw your cup of coffee on the table and talk to you, behind your back. When you pay, they are surprised and make faces when you don't give them a tip. And you want them back in full. Because: FOR WHAT? Surprisingly nice establishment in a shopping center, but unfortunately the service does more than enough, and is a building pillar.
