Tried their pulled pork and hot chocolate, it was great! The service was warm and excellent. Away from tourist and not loud, which was amazing.

Charming establishment. $3 glasses of wine, dim lights, and not too noisy, so we could hear ourselves talk. Less touristy than other places in the best possible way. Pop in for a drink!

Local is a pleasant pub in downtown Prague. The riverbank and several tram stops are nearby. Nothing extra and that's exactly what is extra. Cozy, family atmosphere, decorations and pictures on the walls. Both young and old go here. When I was there, a 60+ year old man was drinking beer at the counter, while university students were probably studying, with laptops on the table. There are several sockets next to each table, you can conveniently charge not only laptops, but also other electrical devices here. The menu is also available in English and the bartender speaks English. They serve simple meals, toast, pizzas and snacks. These are locally made, not frozen products. Electronic, smokeless tobacco products can also be used indoors. I highly recommend this place if you live in Prague, if you come to Prague on vacation, if you are young, if you are old. I recommend it even if you arrive alone and even if several people have arrived. There is Heineken beer on tap and of course you can pay with a contactless bank card. I think I have said everything about this bar. I will come here again next time.
