Light roast

Unfortunately, I didn’t have the best experience with the service of this café. First of all no one greeted. If people don’t greet, it’s like you’re not welcomed. I approached to the counter and asked for a cappuccino to go and gave the barista my own to-go cup. He filled the cup with milk up to top, it wasn’t even possible to close it. There was amount of milk for a latte not cappuccino. I told him that’s more of a latte than a cappuccino and he just took the cup aggressively saying “How can I know what size is your cup?”. Every barista should know the amount of milk for different type of coffees. If he needs to know the volume of the cup, why don’t he ask? I would be happy to say so. Giving 2 stars just because he prepared new coffee. No apologies, no greetings, barely looking in my face.

I had a great experience at Light Roast Coffee Shop! The atmosphere is really nice, with a lovely deck area to sit outside and relax. The food quality was excellent—we ordered the Caprese bagel and the egg and chicken sandwich, both delicious. The coffee tasted great too, and I was happy to find they offer decaf, which I wanted. Ironically, despite the name, it seems like all their coffee beans are actually medium roast, at least from what I understood. Still, highly recommend for a cozy spot with good food and coffee!

Very nice and cosy place with a variety of coffees and milk alternatives. I also had the English breakfast and it wasn’t bad.

The Kung pao provided is not my expectation as it was totally different. Also ordered mango matcha, but the drink served was not mango and it was full of sugar or syrup.
