Globe Bookstore & Café

Loved everything!! The plates are a good size, service is very fast, the music and the atmosphere is such a good vibe! We got the choco chip pancakes, the 2+2+2+2 breakfast plate, the Lumberjack and 2 Irish breakfasts, all slapped so hard! We will be back Everytime we visit Prague

This place is an absolute delight. We went for brunch on a Friday. We made a reservation in advance via email. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) were on point. They had a wide coffee/tea selection and some cutely named and unique cocktails. The service was good and everyone we encountered knew their stuff. It was the day after Christmas and this adorable place was showing a Christmas movie during brunch! We just loved our dining experience. The English bookstore attached was what spurred our visit and it did not disappoint. Not huge, but a great, well rounded selection. Very nice selection of local books as well. If we head back to Prague we will be back here for sure.

Cute bookstore cafe. Popped in for breakfast as it was close to our hotel. Food was delicious and we has nice drinks too. Staff are really friendly and speak perfect English. They were also able to accommodate my nut allergy and ensure nuts where kept away from my food. We had: Classic pancakes, spicy burrito, gin and lemonade, and raspberry milkshake.

It’s the kind of place you don’t want to tell others about, in case the queues prevent you from coming back. It’s all delicious, and I ate so fast I didn’t think to take photos..! There are a lot of great places in Prague, but this place stood out for me, as the people working here are engaging, friendly, and gracious. I can’t recommend enough. Oh yes, and they have an English language bookshop attached too!

I went twice during my short stay in Prague because of the amazing atmosphere. The front with the all english bookstore was beautifully cozy and in the back you could eat, have a drink and play games with your friends. The staff was especially nice, they all spoke perfect english and made us feel welcome. The vegan burger was surprisingly good. Wish I could go there again.
