Garden Café Taussig

We stopped in for a coffee and dessert and sat out in the beautiful garden. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The garden is amazing with plenty of seating. Good coffee and desserts as well. Service was very friendly. We loved our visit and highly recommend. So relaxing.

Gorgeous views from a serene garden terrace. Lovely place to relax and enjoy a coffee with a view. We had the iced coffee with ice-cream in (90 czk), the coffee with eggnog (100 czk) and a walnut layer cake (60 czk). Toilet is clean and there is plenty of outdoor and indoor seating.

Nice place to relax with children. Friendly service and tasty drinks and cakes. Far from fancy, but you can sit here, outside and under cover, for a longer period of time while the children can run around without any cars around. Moreover, the cafe is a social project that trains staff with intellectual disabilities.

Pretty garden, and nice social plan. When you go up and then down with narrow stairs you’ll find this hidden terrace with the best views. One star down because of the prices: it’s expensive

This place is a getaway from the city centre buzz. The café offers you an amazing view over the Prague castle and the old town. You will definitely enjoy its beautiful surroundings and the chill atmosphere. Bring some cash with you to buy the refreshments. The menu is not fency, and you will not find any meals here, just drinks and desserts. However prices will pleasantly surprise you.
