FUEL Bistro

A worthy brunch place, dishes are pretty much all great. Definitely on a pricier side of things. Can recommend if you want a great start into the day and don't mind splashing a bit of cash.

I do not recommend the matcha latte (with coconut milk). Im like super matcha consumer, so i guess i already know how it should taste like and this was really bad. Also NO vegan breakfast options, which is a bit sad, because i believe it is really not hard to make. So i went with my colleagues for work breakfast, ate nothing and sipped really bad matcha.

Tasty food made from quality ingredients for an exceedingly reasonable price. Staff are courteous and smiling, food arrived in what felt like the blink of an eye. I never, ever tip..this time I did. Amazing service from this place, a hidden gem really

I’m slowly making my way through all the brunch spots in Karlin, and this is a top contender! The soft-boiled eggs in carbonara sauce 🤤🤤🤤 We also enjoyed the waffles, which were more thin and dense than the usual fluffy waffles, but I loved the cream and fruit topping with brown sugar crumbles. A delicious way to start a Saturday morning!

We stopped here in the morning for a tasty breakfast and were not disappointed - best shakshuka I've had, eggs benedict in delicious creamy sauce. Amazing coffee, nicely decorated bistro in good location :)
