Overpriced and really not tasty. Their cakes tastes like air.

The worst coffee in my life! Expensive and no quality! For 2,82 euro (72 kcz!!!!!) there is better in Prague . 1 suggest to the management depertment of costa coffee , find workers more kindly and professional!!

Usual Costa Coffee shop, quite small but with friendly crew. Conveniently located at the food level in Arkady Pankrac shopping mall. Seats are by the central well, with view on the lower two levels. As always,no table service available,as is unfortunately Costa & Starbucks style. Besides that, usual tasty beverages & sweet snacks. GOOGLE THINKS SOME OF MY REVIEWS ARE FAKE. FROM NOW ON I WILL NOT UPDATE ANYTHING ANYMORE

Superdumb staff, sweeping the floor (on the sunday afternoon, 6PM) while eating a cake. Dust is flying everywhere around me.. and moving chairs, sofas etc... what the hell is that??? Give me an explanation for that. I will never visit this hole again. Dissapointed.

This place has a big potential with very creative and nice staff. I have never seen a type of latte art like this. Highly recommended
