We tried their caramel chimney cake. It’s quite sweet so I would recommend one chimney cake would be fine for too people. Staff is friendly, we also tried their mulled wine which was very nice!

I tried chimney cake (trdelník) on a friend's recommendation, and I really regret spending 100 CZK on it. It was unbelievably overpriced and completely tasteless. I got the pistachio because I suspected it might be dry, and the spread didn't help at all. The atmosphere and coffee were good though.

Was underwhelmed by this place. I’ve had authentic kurtoskalacs (chimney cakes) in Romania and while I understand they may be different, Cappuccineria just doesn’t hold a candle to the Romanian version. Originally, I was ordering a pistachio ice cream in a chimney cake while my husband selected one with mango. They ended up just charging us for one and we got the coconut mango which we ended up sharing. The ice cream was underwhelming as well. As for the service, well they could have asked how many were ordering so they failed on that. When the ice cream was ready, the young woman serving it acted annoyed at my husband for not being quick enough when he couldn’t even understand what she said. He didn’t want to just grab something that might not be his. Oh well, there are several ice cream shops all over Prague and I’m sure you’ll find one that is better all around. The price is ridiculous btw, $9.50 for a gimmicky ice cream?! Glad we got just one. I don’t even pay that in the USA even for the best gelato in our little city.

Very nice place we ate Trdelniks it’s very delicious 😋 Staff is very friendly and beautiful lady’s 😊😊 Highly recommend this place. I have visited may 2025 for the first time. Toilet (free) very clean and tidy, no bad smell. Staff can speak English which is rear in Prague.

Best Chimney Cake in Prague! Can't understand why they have 3.7?? I had number 2 Cake and it was SOOOOO delicious! Freshly made by a very nice lady in Front of you, an artist of 🍰 , after the chimney cake I had no more space for a dinner later 🤣 It's directly in a central location, nice ambiance, nice staff all very good. Highly recommended! Warning: if you want to eat here don't eat anything before you will not be able to finish it. 😁 Too big
