Nice atmosphere is the only good thing about this place. The service is terrible and extremely not nice. We’ve been a few times with a hope for different approach but unfortunately each time it was poor service, unpleasant and not nice at all. The food is fine, not bad. Overall I’d recommend only if there’s a hope for a nicer staff…

I visit Prague every year and come to Café Pointa every time, it’s honestly one of the highlights of my trip. The café has such a warm and inviting atmosphere, with great music, friendly staff, and beautifully presented food. The coffee is some of the best in the city, and their breakfast and cakes are incredible. You can tell everything is made with care and attention to detail. Whether you’re a local or visiting from abroad, it’s the kind of spot that makes you feel right at home.

Here serves the best coffee I’ve ever tasted—rich, smooth, and absolutely divine! The baristas are true artists, and the organic coffee is next-level. The service is superb, with warm, friendly staff who make you feel like family. Their cheesecakes? Marvellous—creamy, perfectly balanced, and an absolute must-try! What makes this place truly special is the seating options. You can cozy up inside with a stylish, welcoming vibe or sit outside under the stunning cherry blossom tree, especially magical in early spring. The atmosphere is pure bliss, whether you’re sipping coffee or enjoying a fresh breakfast bowl. Just steps from Hradčanská metro, this is my new go-to spot in Prague. Can’t recommend it enough!

Cute little breakfast place in Prague with friendly staff. Unlike quite a few breakfast places in Prague, we get delicious sandwiches, egg dishes etc. I'll definitely recommend.
