edit: extremely rude staff. i complimented this old man on the placea dn the music, and he said "i dont think you do" because i didnt tip him. the drinks were already very expensive and i am a student. beautiful hidden place with a unique atmosphere. they play live dadaist music over a speaker and also classical music. it feels very chique. staff is nice (not) and drinks are expensive

we found this gem of a place and had our breakfast twice there while we were in the city.. great food and cakes! lovely service too! the place is quite small, it can only hold so much people but dont let that bum u, hang around or let them know ur waiting outside and they respect the turns.. its worth it!

This summer, wandered into Cafe No. 3 when I was too early to check into my hotel. Great atmosphere, service, wall art….and a house made dessert to die for-meringue with nuts lightly baked with an incredible cream filling (probably should have taken note of the name…SO good!!). Second visit had a lovely chat with the owner…just a lovely place to pass some time in the heart of Prague.

Lovely café with fair prices in the Old Town Café No. 5 was a very pleasant surprise in the heart of Prague’s Old Town. The atmosphere is cozy and calm, perfect for taking a break from walking around the city. We had coffee, hot chocolate, a chocolate cake, and traditional pancakes served with cream and jam — everything was fresh, well prepared, and delicious. Portions were generous and the prices were reasonable, especially considering the location, which is rare in this area. Service was friendly and welcoming, and the place felt authentic rather than touristy. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for good quality coffee and desserts without being overcharged.

The coffee is great, I like it. The walls are designed with photos from different cultures, the shop is small and has a good atmosphere there.
