Café Wafflé

Waffle houses in Prague are usually packed and you have to reserve your spot in advance. This one was almost empty during our visit and it is very obvious why: 200,- for a single waffle that tastes like store bought piece with sliced apples is ridiculous. I honestly do not believe the waffle was even cooked in the shop as it was cold (not even warm, just legit room temperature) and hard just like any other waffle you can buy at a supermarket nearby.

Waffles were absolutely incredible. I got the gluten-free goat cheese with walnuts and cranberry and added bacon to the top. One of the best gluten-free waffles I’ve ever had in my life. Highly recommend. My boyfriend got the chocolate waffle and it also did not disappoint. Perfect for the sweets lover.

Very good customer experience here. The food was fairly simple but executed pretty well. The bacon on the brunch waffle was too rare and on the edge of being underdone. And I still don’t get the green beans… Nice eggs, solid waffle. We shared the yogurt, which was fine. Very good service from the staff, fast and attentive. We also really liked the layout as the tables are not jam crammed and the space is light and airy.

Can't say enough good things about this place! My wife and I absolutely loved it so much that we came back multiple times to try new things on the menu. The staff were friendly and very quick. The place is decorated well but fairly small inside. Menus available in both Czech and English. The waffles were absolutely perfect and so so delicious. The toppings paired so wonderfully and you could tell how fresh they were. Our favorite breakfast place in Prague, we'll be back!
