Bistro Ořechovka

Located in the middle of nowhere, away from busy tourist attractions, in the heart of Ořechovka - a small yet vibrant community with lot of rich history and signs of the years gone by. Decent selection of meals and wide selection of desserts at reasonable prices. Excellent service with pleasant staff. This guest couldn’t find daily lunch menu on popular Menu website which would help them to expand their business, IMO. The place obviously tries hard to stay afloat in this otherwise overpriced city of Prague. Ample free street parking but rather difficult to find using public transportation. Ambient atmosphere in bistro style that gets quite busy at lunch time. Overall I recommend this eatery and wish the owners best of luck in keeping it alive and open in this difficult restaurant industry.

Absolutely fantastic bistro! Amazed by the changing day menu, everyday fresh and good balanced and culinary creative meals! Nice breakfast options and the coffee and pastry is of high quality too. Lovely staff. Keep up the good work and offering the neighborhood such a joy.

Excellent service and very good tea and coffee. Spacious and quiet atmosphere with mostly local customers. We loved it.

The pancakes are really amazing. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The environment is also very good. The only thing I would like to suggest is that it is better to change to some background music which is not too noisy. ————— Even it’s not on the menu, they still made the ice green tea for me!🥰 Thank you!

This was a wonderful surprise. We weren't even expecting to have lunch in the area, but as it turns out we were in for a treat. Loved the food so much at lunch, that we came back for ice-cream later on! It instantly became one of our favourite places in Prague, far away from the crowds. Will come back whenever we're in the city.
