I honestly didn’t feel welcome. I ordered the bubble tea crème brûlée and they told me at around 7 pm that I can’t sit and it’s only to go orders but I tried to negotiate to be able to sit and finish my drink. I ordered and iced bubble tea but it was hot kind of so I told them they told me that the perls are hot so I suggested that they give me another cup so it cools down the worker told me he can’t give me another cup and he can’t close the cup for me again either so I can shake it with the ice. So I pay six and half euros for a drink and can’t give get a plastic cup? That’s weird!

Xing Fu Tang is a Taiwanese bubble tea chain established in 2018 in Taipei. They are especially known for their hand made brown sugar tapioca pearls, produced in open view so customers can watch the process. One of their signature items is the Flaming Brown Sugar Boba Milk, where the brown sugar caramelization is done in front of the customer with a torch. Excellent tapioca texture The pearls are soft and chewy in just the right way, freshly made throughout the day. 3. Great presentation The torched sugar layer and gold foil options make every drink feel special and very photogenic. 4. Signature flavor balance The caramelized brown sugar flavor blends well with creamy milk, giving a deep and comforting sweetness. ⚠️ Weaknesses and Criticisms 1. Very sweet Drinks can be overly sugary for those who prefer lighter teas. A “less sugar” option is not always available in every branch. 2. Inconsistent pearl texture Depending on the branch or timing, the pearls can sometimes be too soft or too firm. 3. Price Slightly higher than most bubble tea shops, especially given the serving size. 4. Limited variety The focus on brown sugar drinks means fewer flavor options for people who prefer fruit teas or lighter milk teas. 5. Tea flavor can be weak The rich sugar and milk sometimes overpower the tea itself, making the drink taste more like dessert than tea.

All the bubbles teas I have tried are excellent especially with the cream 👌

Super recommended!! Fantastic and well prepared bubble tea, fast and efficient service and a little seating area to enjoy your tea if you need to rest your legs. We had the standard brown sugar bubble tea which was delicious and the bunny and strawberry which was a surprise with a pannacota style bunny and super refreshing strawberry flavour. As a person who loves xingfutang back in NYC. I simply was not satisfied with my experience. The cashier attitude was really not welcoming. The price was affordable if you compare with the one in Manhattan. But the taste was not even close to to compete with it. Definitely need some improvements on the service communications.
