The service at the tobacconist's was disappointing due to the rude attitude of the receptionist. Unfortunately, his lack of courtesy tarnished my experience and made me feel unwelcome. I hope this can be improved in the future to provide more pleasant service to customers.

The stated opening hours are nonsense; supposedly closing at 8pm, I walked in at 7:40pm.

This tobacconist sold me a vape pen that doesn't work and refused to exchange or refund it. Losing two customers for eight bucks doesn't seem like a very strategic move.

A €15 minimum for credit card payments, while any bakery accepts it for a baguette. It's time to move with the times, gentlemen.
