I would like to report a very bad experience. I bought a pack of Marlboro Golds at this establishment, and it looked clearly suspicious: poorly finished packaging, coarse foil, and fuzzy printing. After tasting the cigarettes, there was no longer any doubt: they were disgusting, with a very unpleasant chemical taste, nothing like official Marlboros. I strongly suspect they are counterfeit. It is unacceptable to sell such products; they are dangerous to your health and illegal. I strongly advise against this place and recommend the utmost caution.

I'm a Chinese student studying abroad, and all the staff speak Chinese. However, one middle-aged woman completely ignored me. I know there might be blind spots in service, but as a basic professional, a service worker should respond to customers: answer whether they know or not, and give a response. (And she speaks Chinese.) When she was the only one in the store, she didn't say a word to me, and she didn't respond to any of my questions. Only when I asked if she spoke Chinese did she proactively claim she did. This is so frustrating... This has happened twice already... And they made me reflect on myself... I'm heartbroken... I'll never come back. (If she didn't know, she should have responded and told me that other staff would handle the service, instead of giving me the silent treatment, making me guess what would happen next + making me reflect + ultimately becoming the victim (me) of the silent treatment, and then I had to apologize. It was a frustrating, boring, disappointing, and heartbreaking day. I'll never come back.)

I don't know about the food. Unwelcoming, old, not very clean, old-fashioned toilets! Preferably for cigarettes if you need them.

Very friendly and polite staff.

The guy who sells cigarettes (the big one with glasses) is as unpleasant as I've ever seen. I've been there about ten times, and he never said hello, goodbye, or even thank you. Politeness is 0. For a simple salesman, that's really the height of irony. Ps. Don't act too crazy when we pass each other, or you might regret it.
