Lovely coffee shop with a cozy, welcoming vibe. The matcha latte is absolutely amazing and I also highly recommend the hazelnut cookie. A wonderful spot I’ll definitely be coming back to!

a proper 3rd wave. although paris is still behind, a bold few move forward 👍 the default espresso I tried 3 times was on the acidic side, 2/3 times perfectly extracted, the last one was a bit off, still good. I still believe though that local baristas do/prefer a hotter extraction than needed. but if it works, I won't complain 😉 cappuccinos are well balanced which is strange unless they use a different blend/SO. in any case, kudos. beans are on the expensive side, even compared to other local roasters. if you are in the area and in search for a proper 3rd wave, a must try.

Very small local coffee roaster cafe BUT their cappuccino is OUTSTANDING. We were able to go 2 times during our trip. I would have went there everyday if it were closer to where we were staying. It was a 40 minute walk from our hotel and no direct metro to the location BUT WELL WORTH the visit to go. There is indoor seating only for a total of about 10-12 people. They do have a restroom to use which is helpful. Staff was friendly and engaged in conversation with us while we enjoyed their coffee

SHORT REVIEW - COME HERE FOR GREAT REAL ESPRESSO COFFEE True quality espresso is something you normally sacrifice coming to Paris. Yes your fashion is great and good food if you love dairy laden options. Struggling through the various coffee options I discovered Synapse Torrefaction. The comment nature of the reviews had me in hope! I then walked the 1 klm to get there. The small place has been wonderfully done for a true coffee specialist. I then attempted to request my favourite via Google translation app and he said, you want a flat white… I said yes and the love relationship commenced at that time. After receiving the extra strong flat white for €4.50, I proceeded to sit outside and sip the most rewarding coffee I have had in a week. After what I have been served up previously, I would probably would have paid double a decent true espresso coffee. Funny, with all the French excellence, quality coffee seems to elude the general restaurant and cafe industry. After visiting here this morning, I was at dinner tonight at another restaurant, and I heard the barista burning the milk beyond recognition. I could hear the milk screaming! For coffee lovers, you will know that scary sound.
