Every day they surprise me more, and not in a good way. Starbucks Paris seems to teach their staff how to be rude to customers. Because of this, the entire experience ends up being terrible. The staff is not only inefficient, but also rude and dismissive. The employee I dealt with gave me an attitude and was unprofessional throughout the interaction.

At 7:00 am, it was written that the store is open. I went all the way for the coffee in a tight time before my meeting, they told me that it is not open, it is 7:15 indeed. Giving a coffee shouldn’t be that hard! Dear Starbucks Manager at the opera, Correct your working hour.

One of the better Starbucks in Paris. Spacious and good team with strong iconic customization mindset hard to find from other coffee makers in the city.

A small Starbucks, which is similar to others. However, they didn’t have any coffee spices, like cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, vanilla, or chocolate, which are usually available in other Starbucks locations.

Was here from 14h-18h30. They have a good place to work / study. You can charge your phone / laptop almost everywhere is covered. The wifi is decent but somehow better than most Starbucks in Paris. Staffs are nice.
