No question if you drink inside or outside.. , screen panels advertise drinks they dont have due to supplies , forced drinking from papercups insteaded seated drinking from proper ceramic mugs, not for coffe lovers

The drinks are consistent with what you’d expect — reliable coffee, good iced options, and a decent selection of pastries. It’s convenient and comfortable, especially if you need Wi-Fi or a quick place to recharge during a busy day of sightseeing.

I’ve never expected such an unpleasant experience at a Starbucks. I visited this location in Paris and was refused access to the restroom, even though I am a customer and Starbucks is supposed to provide basic facilities. The staff was rude and dismissive, and the whole situation felt completely disrespectful. It’s unacceptable for an international brand to treat people this way. I hope the management takes this seriously, because this experience definitely ruined my impression of the place.

Very bad service very rude personal , they let us order and then they did closed the toilet and did not let as go in … my kids were crying he told as there is public toilets outside ….not acceptable behaviour

Very disappointing customer service at this Starbucks location. The store's posted hours state it's open until 8:30 PM, but when we arrived at 8:00 PM, the staff had already started closing. We politely asked if we could briefly look at a Starbucks cup for our collection, explaining we'd return later to purchase it. However, the staff responded rudely, raising their voices and dismissing us. This left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated. Better staff training and adherence to posted hours would improve the experience.
