I don’t know if the baristas here don’t know how to make matcha properly or simply don’t care—but either way, the result is always disappointing. Matcha is supposed to be whisked to fully dissolve the powder and avoid clumps. However, every time I order matcha here, I get undissolved clumps of powder floating on the surface. The very first sip ends up being a mouthful of dry, bitter matcha powder, which completely ruins the experience. It’s honestly unpleasant and shows a lack of care in preparation :((

Impossible service you seat drinking coffee, enjoy you time and can’t use the restroom… That’s really strange when stuff don’t let you in bc they close soon… If it’s problem of clients? You can close and then make all preparations for next day and make it after!!!!😢😫

Good quality ingredients but a little too much sugar.

Dirty, no service, smelly,we had to change of table we sat not far from.the toilets. SHAME, They Talk... they don't care about the customers . SHAME ,every tables were like this !!!

I received kind welcome from staff. Went during promotion of bundle of tall drink, sandwich and cake so the total price was reasonable. Staff is well english-speaking. The location is easy to find. There is also relatively wide WC to be used. The restaurant itself was not well cleaned. Some Smell could be noticed. Warm sandwich was not offered.
