In this branch, espresso is being pulled directly into paper cups instead of using the required glass shot cups. When 90-95°C pressurized coffee hits the plastic lining of a paper cup directly, it triggers the release of billions of microplastics and chemical pollutants into the drink. I ordered a cold coffee but they first pulled the espresso directly into the paper cup instead of first filling ice & cold milk and using shot glasses. I had a persistent plastic aftertaste in my mouth all day, which is a clear sign of chemical leaching. For a global coffee chain, ignoring such basic health safety and quality protocols is unacceptable. Please ensure staff use shot glasses to protect customer health.

Friendly and nice staff, coffee as you expect. But the toilet is filthy, poo on the floor, and no soap In the dispenser. It doesn’t have to be this way if they cared. I get that in this location the loo is high traffic, but the lack of soap shows clearly poor maintenance and not giving a care. No photos, who’d want to see that picture?!!

I mean, if you are in Paris you shouldn’t go to a Starbucks. But if you really have to, coffee will be good and the service very fast.

This is a busy area of Paris, across the street from Moulin Rouge. The café is nice and has plenty of seating in and outand many electrical outlets for working. Please know that in typical Paris fashion, the café is just barely air-conditioned to a tolerable level

Avoided a drink based on toilet standards, beyond disgusting and the smell wow! Staff not the friendliest considering the location opposite moulin rouge. Seats sticky and general decor needing upgraded. Observed staff changing bins and cleaning without washing hands.
