Starbucks

This Starbucks is a great spot to relax or get some work done. The meals and drinks are consistently tasty, and the staff were polite and welcoming. It’s usually quiet and easy to find a seat, just remember to try to avoid rush hour when it can get busy (around lunchtime). A comfortable place to enjoy good food and coffee without the usual crowd.

I ordered an iced Americano but was given a hot one. When I asked to have it corrected, they just added ice to the hot coffee. The ice melted immediately, and the cup was still warm. I told them again that this wasn’t right, but the barista snapped, “This is an iced Americano!” After insisting, they angrily threw out the drink and remade it, sloppily pouring coffee down the sides of the cup. I also said I was staying in the café, but they just tossed the donut onto a piece of paper like it was takeout. I understand if this were some small café in France, but this is Starbucks. Seriously disappointing.

As usual we ordered Very Berry and surprisingly we found our cup full of ice cubes which was not usual. I tried to explain the situations and my unsatisfactory with the drink. A guy called Yuan with spectacle (who claims to be the manager of the starsbuck) talked rudely with us and even throw the drink towards the basin. Our family are regular customer and we are shocked to see such behaviour from this staff. Our family will not be visiting this Starbuck anymore. Starbucks should really train their staff and teach how to deal with customers

this is the second Time I come to this Starbucks branch here. I Got the best Longo Ever. I took an Uber nothing but to taste this Wonderfull Longo. Today I've been served by another barista and she made the same tasty drink . I am sorry , but not all Starbucks baristas are skilled enough when it comes to making the perfect Drink. Thanks. ( I came with my Son on one time , and made him taste a Longo )

If you know Starbucks you'll get exactly what you expect. The servers are generally nice, like most every Starbucks worker. The service is also relatively quick, also what's expected. The drinks are affordable though slightly more expensive than other chain coffee shops. Unfortunately it's closed Sunday, like most everything else in the mall. But it is easy to find once you walk into the main entrance which is nice. If you like Starbucks you'll like this one.
