Kindest stuff of all Starbucks I have ever been

I recently visited this Starbucks location in Paris, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. First, the location shown on Google Maps is incorrect, and I spent about 10 minutes searching for the actual café. Once I finally found it, I was met with another issue: the opening time on Google Maps is listed as 7:00 AM, but when I arrived, I was told by a staff member that they don’t open until 7:30 AM. I explained that I had walked for 30 minutes specifically because the listed time was 7:00 AM, but the staff member responded very rudely, saying “we open in 7:30” in broken English, with no apology or offer to assist further. This was very frustrating and left a negative impression of the customer service at this location. I hope Starbucks corporate takes notice of these issues: 1) ensuring the correct opening hours and location are updated on Google Maps, and 2) training staff to communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner. This is not the level of service I expect from a global brand like Starbucks.

One of the best Starbucks I have been to (for the past 20 years) I wish all Starbucks would be as pleasant and clean as this one.

Good service. The baristas who work there are super nice , and the coffeeshop is always clean ☺️
