Tagine stews, couscous & grilled dishes served in an ornate space, plus a tea room & hammam baths....
A truly lovely experience at the Restaurant de la Mosquée de Paris. I arrived early and was warmly welcomed by the manager, who kindly invited me to sit and offered a delicious mint tea, such a thoughtful and gracious gesture. The food was beautiful, colorful, and incredibly appetizing, and every dish was full of flavor. Everything felt both comforting and refined, from the presentation to the taste. The atmosphere itself is peaceful and elegant, original making the whole experience feel special rather than just a meal. A place I would absolutely return to, for the cuisine, the hospitality, and it’s unique setting.
Outstanding Moroccan restaurant – one of the best experiences in Paris Restaurant de la Mosquée de Paris is an absolutely exceptional place. Located next to the Grand Mosque of Paris, this Moroccan restaurant offers an unforgettable dining experience that combines amazing food, beautiful surroundings, and a peaceful atmosphere. The food is authentic, rich in flavor, and perfectly cooked. From couscous to tagines and traditional Moroccan dishes, everything tastes fresh and full of soul. The portions are generous, the quality is excellent, and the flavors are truly outstanding. You can clearly feel the authenticity of Moroccan cuisine. The atmosphere is calm, elegant, and deeply relaxing. Dining here made me feel very happy and satisfied from the heart. The service is professional, respectful, and welcoming. For anyone looking for halal food, quality, and a unique cultural experience, this place is a must-visit. One of my favorite restaurants in Paris. I will definitely come back again. Highly, highly recommended!
Atmospheric Islamic tea house with excellent pastry case and delicious little glasses of tea. I especially enjoyed the honey cake and the cheesy toasted wedges. The staff are welcoming and efficient. There are several delightful places to sit in elaborately decorated rooms and airy courtyards.
The food is great , good portion and tasty , I had Morocan royal cuscus. But the service was extremely slow , I felt ignored because I know Morocan tradition, when someone comes in , they immediately give you a tea , I had to call the waiter and asked me to take my order after 30min seating by myself then only I was given a tea. It wasn’t the case for the old man who came after me, as soon as he sat, he was given a tea. The food takes lot of time to come out. So giving 5 stars for the food but 2 for the service, atmosphere was great.
Just lovely! Large restaurant with cozy garden, amazing cake display (baklava), beautiful interior! Very busy, but the food is really worth the visit! The chicken and lamb tagine is delicious!
