I was turned away because the till was closed 30 minutes before the posted closing time. There was no apology and no effort to help me out with one of the pre-made sandwiches to take away. The employees simply retorted aggressively that they had personal constraints, that the posted hours were incorrect, and that I should have asked to find out the correct hours.

We have clearly lost out with the change of provider. The quality of the products offered is very disappointing, for prices that are completely disproportionate, reminiscent of a captive market situation, comparable to those charged on airplanes, without any improvement in quality: salads and prepared meals sold at two to three times the retail price, a standard bag of chips at €5.90, when the same product costs €1.70 at the supermarket across the street. Added to this is a dreary and unwelcoming environment, and the complete disappearance of useful services that previously existed, such as the stationery shop. Ultimately, this is an offering unworthy of a healthcare facility: poor quality, excessively expensive, and with no consideration for patients, their companions, or hospital staff. A real decline in the quality of service provided.

Food quality is average, although it is expensive. Biggest problem dissatisfaction is the bad service with disrespectful staff and the bad atmosphere Although this is a hospital café and it should be made pleasant and cheerful.
