This is the second time my pre-paid evening pickup order was cancelled literally one minute before the scheduled collection time (10 p.m.), when all other nearby places were already closed. I had already arrived at the restaurant, in the rain, and the app had confirmed the order was ready earlier. Extremely disappointing and very unprofessional. If you don't intend to honor discounted pickup orders, please don't make them available.
It’s just because of the extreme hot weather, we pop in this restaurant randomly. We are group of 14, with elderly end kids First of all, the waiter who serve us almost speak 0 English or refuse to speak English. When we ask questions about the salad bar, waiter and waitresses just passing the ball each other. No one able to answer our question and place any order. “Fabulous” service. The food is over priced, however it’s close to the tourist area and it’s fair enough. The waitress made the wrong order to our table. And she even don’t remember what we have order. Also serving the wrong items to our tables. The waiter doing the best is chatting with his mate. I’ll rate 5 star for this. Not recommended at all.
Extremely disappointing experience. We encountered shockingly rude service from one of the waitresses, which really soured the visit. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we waited over 20 minutes just to be served water—and only after asking three times. The food took even longer to arrive and didn’t justify the high prices. It’s unfortunate that someone with such a poor attitude is in a customer-facing role—she would be better suited to a position that doesn’t involve interacting with guests.
BEST PIZZA IN PARIS! Pépone restaurant serves the best pizza in Paris, hands down. The crust is perfectly thin and crispy, and the toppings are always fresh and flavorful. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make dining here a real pleasure. At the same time, if you forget something in the restaurant, the staff will help you recover your lost item, I forgot my >photo folder
Was searching for a place to east good pasta and walking around the Moulin Rouge area, we stumbled across Pepone. Didn't necessarily wanna stop, but a couple eating at an outside table had 2 very looking pasta dishes in front of them so we had to try it out. The waiter was very friendly and welcoming, very close to the latin warmth that you would expect in an italian restaurant. The pasta dishes (bolognese and carbonara) were very delicious, paired with parmesan on the house. Will definetly eat here again the next time I'm in Paris and crave delicious italian pasta!
