Down-to-earth hangout with sidewalk tables serving brunch staples, global eats, desserts & coffee....
Exceptional brunch spot. This was so close to our hotel and despite there being so many options for a Saturday morning brunch, we were instantly drawn to this one due to its creative menu. The waitress was such a lovely person and brought out our order so quickly. They had a variety of fresh juices and coffees, as well as a really cool sweet+savory meal combo. We opted for the savory pancakes and the katsu eggplant. The katsu eggplant was mouthwateringly delicious, I actually still think about it a week later. I’ve never had anything like this; it was packed with umami and had the perfect blend of crunchiness from the batter and softness from the eggplant. The sauce had a great kick of flavor. Definitely a top recommendation and I’ll be visiting here again on my next visit to Paris!
Food was very mediocre and overpriced for what it is. We had the avo smash and the bread was just a super thin layer. Not really satisfying and didn’t live up to the reviews.
I never expected Nuance Cafe to serve such diverse cuisine; you'd assume typical cafe food. Yet, being in Paris, surprises abound. Their extensive menu impressed us, and the sweet and sour pork we ordered was a delightful surprise. Even the Parisian "coke" tasted just like the original. The service was outstanding—helpful, patient with our French, and incredibly friendly. A definite must-try!
As mentioned by others, this is a complete gem discovered by strolling past this quiet street. The food, the service and the overall vibe was so homey! I felt it was the closest to brunches at home in Canada, in the best way possible. Definitely worth a visit for a tasty and healthy brunch. The prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent!
A great place to have a brunch ! Loved it. Veggie friendly, some cakes are gluten free. It was a very nice place, well located in Paris. You can also work there, be careful menu specials is not available You can find my review on my IG page : @spread.food
