Mitwit Office

This place is not set up or friendly to international teams….even if you speak french. Absolutely rude and horrible customer service. I emailed various Mitwit locations through their online form to book a meeting room for my team that was coming to Paris from london and the US for a brainstorm and got zero response from 3 locations. Stopped by in person to this location and dealt with the office manager who lectured me on needing to do this online which I explained I had already tried. I was then told I had to send another email and it took an another phone call to finally get this set up. When we arrived on-site, the WiFi didn’t work and we had to ask the staff for new passwords multiple times. We were then promptly kicked out of the entire space at 6pm sharp even though weWhile we understood that we needed to vacate the room we booked, we did not realize that absolutely no one is allowed to stay in the open space to wrap up work past 6pm.

I love mitwit. The facility is amazing and the staff is so helpful it feels like family.

Typical French experience where they don't have any regard for customer experience. When I arrived there, you need a code that wasn't provided or instructed in the email. Finally after some time, someone opened up for me. The person was not friendly at all, and even seemed confused what I was there for, even though I have booked the coworking space for the afternoon. She told me that one drink is included. When I went to get coffee later on, the machine said I need to pay, so I asked her about it. She said "Yes, you need to pay". To which I replied, "but you told me that one drink was included?" Then she reluctantly gave me my free coffee. To make the matters worse, I tried to download my invoice from the website but it didn't work. I contacted support, but so far there has been no resolution apart from them asking me to call a number, which I did but was not responded. I would give it 0/5 if I can. Would not recommend and would not come back.

I'm reluctant to review this place because I don't want anyone else to find this gem of a co-working space!! I tried out lots of different places as I wanted to find somewhere I could properly focus, do it comfortably, easily slide into a sound-proof meeting booth, and have a comfortable place to take a break. Startway in Marais ticks all the boxes. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The design is very cool. Yeah, 10 out of 10. It deserves to do well.

One of the most beautiful coworking spaces in Paris and without a doubt the most lovely team. It’s rare to find a place where you belong to. Thanks to the atmosphere and the team, they succeeded to create this special environment in the very center of Paris. The number of phone booths and tables is great, there are also two large kitchens and plenty of spaces. I highly recommend it!
